Introduction
The
company was established in 1989, led by Research Institute of Geology
for Mineral Resources. It gained the right of import & export trade
from the ministry of foreign economic relations of the state in
1993 and became one of 100 companies that are set up by the research
institutes having the import & export trade right in the first
group in China. It is a comprehensive group corporation, doing foreign
trade business mainly, having the registered capital of RMB 5,400,000,
having one subsidiary company and one joint venture company, commissioned
to manage two companies.
