Introduction
Chongqing Special Machinery Making Corporation
is state medium-sized enterprise. Building area is 90,000 square
meters, and it occupies 80,000 square meters land. It is located
at Shapingba District, Chongqing so communication is very convenient.
There are 1700 staff and workers, and 300 professional technical
personnel in the company today. About 100 persons have had the secondary
or senior technical license. It possesses fixed Capital of RMB
57.5 million and 800 sets equipments. It has
assembly lines of metal cutting, punching, welding, painting and
total assembling, etc. So our company has comprehensive capability
of manufacture and design, and also has perfect product quality
control and perfect testing means. We passed ISO9002-Quality Guarantee
System in 1998.
Main products: series parts of motor, parts of automobile-cushion,
filter, semimetal brake without asbestos, etc. and three-link reducer,
pneumatic carrying sample device and other special mechanical electrical
products.
One of our products is parts of motor. Parts of motor include motor
frame, front fork, rear fork and steering from 36cc to 250cc the
annual production amounts to 1,500,000 sets (pieces). Our company
is one of the largest plants to produce motor body inside the country.
It mainly serializes with JiaLing Groups and JiaLing-HongDa Motors
Co., Ltd. and the products sell to other finished motor plants in
China.
The three-link reducer, pneumatic carrying sample device and TVBC
cylindrical perpendicular lifting transporter are all patent trial-produced
and produced by our company. The rate of internal market occupation
is over 90%.
The products of cushion, filter and brake, etc. have formed mass
production. The kind of products mainly serializes with total assembling
plants of miniature car, light-duty truck, light-duty car and motor,
and is also used for maintaining and replacing in the market. The
technical innovation project-automobile filter production line imported
from Italy. The annual production of filter will be 3,000,000 pieces.
