Introduction
Having convenient transport facilities with a distance of 5km to
Mingxi City and 67km to San Ming City, locates the Garden Plot.
The Garden Plot has rich water resources with Da Jiao irrigation
system running through it. The spare workshops and facilities of
San De Li Food Company can be exploited to set up fruit and medical
products processing enterprise. Hence farm products can be exploited
in a comprehensive way to increase extra output value. The unit-Hanxian
Town government gathers part of the funds through multi-channels
and invites specialists to make inspection of the Garden Plot, which
covers 12,000mu of land. Then businessmen at home and abroad are
invited to invest in the comprehensive development of agriculture
in the area. The total investment has run up to RMB 221,368 million.
The Ecological Garden Plot to be built would cover an area of 3,637mu.
There are 1,080mu of land for reformed varieties and ushering in
new products 2,500mu of land for fruits that are easy for processing
and marketing such as early ripe honey-sweet peaches, pears, etc.
A pig farm will be built with an annual output of 10,000 pigs, 4,000
chickens will be raised in the original garden plot. The wasteland
on the mountain slopes will be opened up, and grass will be grown
to feed 10,000 geese. Ducks and fishes will be raised in reservoirs
and ponds. There are a lot of branches that are cut off from the
fruit trees in the Garden Plot. These branches will be used to develop
edible fungus with an annual output of 2 million pots. The office
building of the construction section covers an area of 500sq.m and
the warehouse covers 1,440sq.m., while the buildings of the working
plot and the builder's temporary sheds cover an area of 3,008sq.m.
