Description
Jianning red mushrooms grow in the broadleaf forest in Wuyi Mountain
that lies in the northwestern part of Fujian province. The red mushrooms
grow in groves in summer and autumn. The cap of the mushroom is
purplish red, the center is dark purple, while the folds inside
the cap is white or milky white. The stem of the mushroom is 4.5-10cm
long, white colors with red spots or pink, the internal part of
the stem is loose and soft. The red mushrooms are tasty. And the
soup is purplish red, which is the symbol of good luck and happiness.
The red mushrooms stewed with lean pork and black Soya beans with
green kernel provide a cure for a woman's anemia after childbirth.
It is a blood-builder and helps us to keep fit.
