Introduction
Fujian Datian A-Jia Green Food Factory was
a civil enterprise founded in 1998 by Zhou Shanjia from Datian,
Fujian. The factory makes full use of surplus labor force in the
countryside to collect edible wild herbs to make the green foods
with bitter vegetable as the key product. The annual output has
reached 25 tons, and the annual output value run up to over RMB
1.8 million. The products have passed the inspection by Ministry
of Agriculture Food Quality Inspection Center (Wuhan). The products
have won gold medal on "Fujian Agricultural Quality Goods Exhibition,
2000".
Our factory keeps improving technical skills and the food quality
so as to cater to the need of markets. A series of natural wild
herbs have been developed into green food, which are nutritious,
able to relieve the internal heat and good for medical care. The
main products are as follows: dehydrated bitter vegetables, bitter
vegetable tea, dried bitter vegetables and preserved bitter vegetable.
This year balsam pear, Chinese yam and fern vegetable, etc., have
been produced. Our products sell well and find favor in consumers'
eyes at home and abroad.
