Introduction
Xiamen
Dazhen Magnetic Record Co., Ltd. was setup in July 1984 and started
up the production in 1985. The company was jointly set up by #4325
factory subordinated to the original electronic industrial department
(now is called China Zhen Hua Group) and Xiamen United Development
(Group) Co., Ltd. which is one of the first groups of the share
stock conglomerate companies set up by Xiamen Economic Zone.
The registration capital of the company is RMB 11 million. Currently,
it owns a fix asset of RMB 27.4 million with an area of 13400 sq.
m. There are 1600 employees working for the company, among them,
86 are senior technicians or management people. There are 18 automatic
production lines with 500 units of the different kinds of the equipment.
The annual production value is

200 million and the annual tax revenue is USD 18 million. It has
relative large economic scale and strong strength. It has been classified
as key enterprise in Xiamen for many years. It also has consecutively
been named by State Foreign Economic Department as "Advance
Enterprise of Exportation by self-management" for three years.
It is a big company of earning foreign currency through exportation.
Due to the great achievement made in the past consecutive years,
it was rewarded by China Industrial & Commercial Bank with "AAA"
Credential Enterprise.
The main products made by the company are two types of sound magnetic
head and micro motor. In the past years, a total of 200 million
magnetic heads and more than 100 million micro motors have been
produced. The company is developing new product of micro motors
such as "door lock motor" and oil pump motor, etc.. The
product has enjoyed good reputation from the markets both domestic
and abroad. Great business achievement in the past many years has
accumulated abundant economic and technical technical strength,
especially that both mother companies are share stock companies
which guarantee the rich capital support for the company. The company
