Introduction
Bada Garments Manufactory Ltd., in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province,
China, is a joint venture enterprise of Jinjiang Qingyang FengHua
Garment Factory and Hong Kong Rong Yu Trading Co. Feng Hua Garment
Factory was first established in August, 1990, then the joint venture
enterprise was formed in November, 1993 and started production in
February, 1994. And now we have a factory area of 4,000 square meters,
and a workforce of over 300 skillful workers, and has a fixed asset
of RMB 10,000,000 and is the State's 2nd class certified enterprise.
Our company's factory has series of advanced equipment. Most of
our production managers after several years of overseas work have
developed good experience and strict quality awareness. We have
produced for a very long term according to exported orders, which
has developed our staff a stable and bearing hardships and standing
hard work quality. Quality First has become the whole staff's common
understanding. Our production ability now is more than one million
pieces.
Our company's new products development department is equipped with
two advanced computers for design. We also have several design specialists
who graduated from garment majority, two caners, two electronic
business maids. Every day we can make one brand-new design, the
design styles are all keeping up with the international style trends.
If customers give us sample, we can design garment according to
it, too.
Our silk print factory has bolt packing, piece packing assembly
lines. We can print on different standards and different quality
material. We use imported raw material so that the colour is bright,
clear and fast. We can efficiently print by glue size, water size,
powder size. High quality is always our principle.
Our computer embroidery factory has the most advanced BAILINDA computer
embroidering machines, our embroidery machine operators all has
operation experience more than 3 years, and several high class special
technicians, which strongly assure the quality of our products.
