Introduction
Xiamen Powerlong Industrial Co., Ltd. an enterprise under Macao
Powerlong Group was incorporated in June 1998 with an investment
of USD 12 million in preliminary construction. It is a high and
new technology enterprise specialized in development, production
and sale of new energy products such as polymer lithium-ion battery.
The company has setup a production base covering an area of 50,000sq.m.
and together with Xiamen University, established "Xiamen University
Powerlong Battery Institute" which has over 20 senior researchers
with doctoral or master degrees headed by Professor Lin Zugeng,
a doctoral supervisor, it has successfully developed the first domestic
production line with self-owned intellectual property and a daily
capacity of 10,000 polymer lithium-ion batteries. Now the product
series it has successfully developed energy products including battery
for mobile phone, battery for video camera and odd-shape battery
for special industries.
The company has set up the ISO9001 (2000 Version) Management System
to apply advanced scientific management. It has always upheld the
policy of "Quality First, End-Users Uppermost" and tried its best
to protect the interest of consumers. Thus the mass consumers warmly
receive its products. Its polymer lithium-ion battery for mobile
phone is the product recommended by Chinese Association of Battery
Industry and was displayed as a model for Chinese battery industry
