Introduction
The factory was set up in October, 1978, a
share-holding joint venture with "Min Sheng brand" silicon
metal as its main product. The factory covers a floor space of 25,000
sq.m. out of which 13,140 sq.m. are factory workshops. It has fixed
assets of RMB11,000,000, and RMB5,000,000 circulating funds. It
has two mining furnaces with the general capacity of transformer
7800KVA. It has 201 workers, producing 1808 tons of silicon mental,
earning RMB16,360,000 turning in a profit tax more than RMB2,000,000.
Thus it is an enterprise that pays the largest sum of taxes and
earns huge export value.
